Shipments are UPS GROUND. Packages going to a P.O. Box address, AK, HI, or any U.S. territory are shipped USPS.
All UPS packages will receive a tracking number if a valid e-mail address is provided in the shipping information section at checkout. THE E-MAIL THAT CONTAINS THE TRACKING INFORMATION IS SENT BY UPS, NOT CHATTAHOOCHEE GUN WORKS, LLC. This e-mail is auto-generated after the package has been picked up from our facility and scanned into the UPS shipping system.

Chattahoochee Gun Works, LLC offers a 30 day return-‐, exchange-‐ and refund policy. You must contact Chattahoochee Gun Works, LLC by email or phone prior to any return, exchange or refund being granted, in order to receive a Returned Product Authorization (RPA) number. All returns, without exception, must be accompanied by the original receipt and invoice, billing-‐ and shipping address, contact phone number and email, and the RPA number provided. Returns, exchanges and refunds may take up to two weeks, not including time in transit.
Products which are unused and in their original & sealed package can be returned subject to a 15% restocking fee. Products, whose packaging has been opened and/or damaged, with the product still unused, can be returned subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns must include all accessories, documentation, manuals and registration that were originally shipped with the product. Refunded amounts will not include shipping charges & costs. No returns, exchanges or refunds are given on custom made products, used products, special orders, or products sold in an either “as is” or used condition.
Chattahoochee Gun Works, LLC recommends you use a carrier, which provides tracking numbers and full value insurance on parcels when returning products. Chattahoochee Gun Works, LLC assumes no responsibility for any packages that are lost on their way to us. Note that USPS Priority Mail offers no tracking capabilities on parcels, and will only trace lost packages after a 30 day waiting period.
